    Poor fitting parts

After visiting 3 separate canadian tires, I was assured they'd order the right ones for my car. I gave them the specific measurements as my car is unique. They still ordered the wrong bearings 5mm to big, even after being given the right part number. During the refund process I found out the other bearing was available, but I chose another retailer as they were cheaper, better warranty, & canadian tire cannot be trusted to provide the right part the first time. Canadian tire should invest in a self checkout/pickup system for autoparts same as windshield wipers & oil filters. They should also provide better training, & filter employees that have a passion/understanding of auto parts to work their counter. The guy in lighting knew more about the parts than the parts guy. Was a frustrating experience.

Q: is this hub assembly for the front or back. Info show for the rear but from the picture, it's for the front.

    • A: Hi, thank you for your question. We are in the process of updating our images. In some cases, there is only a generic image available. The description provided in the cataloguing notes would be the most accurate. Alternatively, if you could provide your vehicle make, model and year, we could also confirm which part # / SKU # would fit your vehicle.
