CRW GT2 Alloy Wheel/Rim, Gloss Silver

Got them to use with winter tires. Nothing special definitely upgrade to steel rims.

I bought eight of these wheels I liked them so much.

I know these reviews are meant to be critiques of the product itself, but when the item's so intimately connected to the horrible experience I had at Canadian Tire, I can't not review it as such. I ordered these rims online from Canadian Tire as a package with other winter tires on November 22nd, before it snowed. I figured I was getting ahead of the 8-ball by ordering before the winter. When the order said, "it'd be ready by November 23rd", I figured it'd be A-okay. Not the case: the order took 3 weeks to be completed. I wondered what was taking so long: was it because they were installing the tires, and they had a massive backlog? That was my first assumption. Wouldn't you know, when I went to the auto centre to ask about the order on December 2nd, I was rudely turned away for even asking at all "did you get an online confirmation?" "Well, no, but-" "Then don't come here until you do." Alright, so I guess they are just busy, and are tired of customers asking for their stuff. I can dig that. Maybe they guy's just having a bad day. I kind of wish he knew about the order or even looked it up, but whatever. So fast forward to December 8th, and no order confirmation. My order must've been lost in the mix, and the first snow had come, and at this point, I'm furious. I contacted their customer service, which promised "an answer within 24 hours" which took until December 12th to get an answer, and they said that they needed to get the items shipped from another store. But wouldn't you know, like a Christmas miracle, it arrived a couple hours later! What a surprise: nothing works until you complain about it. Isn't that a great system and precidence to set? Then I arrive at the store with my order stating that it's completed and ready for pick up, but I couldn't receive it until I had the order confirmation number. Even though the order was ready for pick up, I couldn't prove it to the guy at the desk unless I had my number. When old people complain about computers and how they're making us stupider, stuff like this is what makes me start to agree with them. I then had to call customer service AGAIN to get them to send it to the right email. Because of course they'd send it to the wrong email. And to top it all off: the tires WEREN'T installed. I just received 4 rubber tires, and these 4 rims, in box. YOU THINK that when you ordered tires and rims as a package that you intend to use those rubbers on the rims, but according to Canadian Tire, that's not the case. I really have little faith in these rims, assuming its quality is indictive of their customer service quality.

Good looking wheels and great price
