Great crockpot with bonus wifi

Great appliance. I’ve had it almost a year now and love it. Sturdy. And works fantastic. Wifi setup is easy and does not disappoint. When home just use the panel to program and when on the go use the app. Love that you can change temps from the app and it shows how long it’s been cooking. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Wemo does not work

I bought two of these - one for myself and the other for my daughter-in-law. The wemo app does not work well as it continuously shows that the crock pot is not connected to wifi thought the crock pot shows that it is. It would be great functionality if it was stable and actually worked. Suspect that is why there is not other crock pots with the capability as its just not capable. Both stopped working or being able to be programmed within a month of each other. Now just use as a regular crock pot as too expensive to toss but really disappointing that the remote access is not really available. We have both tried removing wemo and starting over from fresh several times but just does not hold the connection.

Terrible - lid doesn’t fit and nothing cooks prope

Not happy at all. Sent an email to customer service letting them know my about my unsatisfying purchase. The lid doesn’t fit properly so it doesn’t have a correct/sufficient seal. The food does not cook in my crock pot.

Good product. Wemo app is shaky

I am happy with the product but the wemo app is shaky. It wants to update and takes 3 days to update and still doesn’t update... the app takes a long time to connect with the crock-pot. I have been using the button on the machine then adjusting with the app.
