A: I would say no. It is not pressurised air. I don't know if the chemicals on this product will affect the components.

A: Never ever do that, no, despite what you might have heard or read, such sensors should be replaced when they become faulty. There were tips on a cleaning technique again which you can immerse the sensors in a container of gasoline. Once you have removed the oxygen sensors from your vehicle, submerge them in the bucket or industrial container that you've filled with gasoline. Given time, gasoline will clean the oxygen sensors, but do I recommend that? No, unless you're 100% confident and tried it before.
