Cord-O-Clip Clothesline, 50-ft

Never worked from day one. Ended up using the part to setup a regular clothes line.

So many strong clips keep my clothes in place even in strong winds. No more picking up clothes from the yard! And because it’s on clearance you can get 2 for cheaper than a traditional line. Totally happy. Took some time for my husband to set up but the brother-in-law helped.

Mon conjoint a acheté cette horreur la semaine dernière. Comment dire pour être polie... Disons que j'ai donné un point parce que le concept et les pinces fonctionnent bien. C'est le seul côté positif que je lui trouve ! Je viens tout juste de l'essayer pour la première fois. Mon constat : 1- On perd énormément d'espace sur la longueur. La quantité de vêtements qu'on peut y mettre est moins grande. 2- Demande de l'habileté et sûrement de la pratique pour ne pas se coincer un doigt. 3- Impossible d'ajouter des "S" de rapprochement, puisqu'il y a des pinces partout. La corde s'étire vers le bas, grosse courbe. 4- Les pinces n'arrivent pas toujours au bon endroit sur les vêtements, alors on doit parfois ajouter des pinces en bois. Mon questionnement : À la longue, puisque les pinces sont au soleil pendant toute l'année, les pinces vont-elles sécher et casser ? J'ai un gros doute sur la durabilité. Bref, c'est un début pour moi, mais je songe sérieusement à revenir à la corde conventionnelle ! De l'argent jeté par la fenêtre si vous voulez mon avis !

Bought this item 2 years ago and have had it for 2 summers and 1 winter. I wish I could return it. Pros Looks cool, good idea Fast to take in sheets and towels Cons The clips have a metal band in them used to keep the clips under tension. After 2 summers the metal clips are loosening and we have lost half of the clips off the clothes line. The clips don't always line up with the clothes line when putting clothes out which makes putting up small items (like children clothes) impossible. The time you lose fiddling around with putting the clothes on the line trumps the time saved when you take the clothes in. Recommendation: Buy the old fashion line, wheel and clothes pins and save your time and money and sanity

Thought this would be good....took forever to put up..once finally got it up I put 1 load of sheets on and the line broke ...
