Arrived scratched with blemishes

Ordered online for pickup in store. Upon pickup, the cooler was scratched with stains and blemishes all over it. Honestly it looked used. Cashier said the only option was to accept it and take it to customer service for a return. Super annoying.

Not as good as it says

We bought this cooler a few years back because it suggested would keep cold but that's not the case. Was the first year, now we get ice every day as the ice melts.

handle easily slide off

Bought this cooler 2 years ago, the touring handle was easily slide off when half was filled. The space is big enough; however, the quality of keeping cold is on average only!

Not worth the money

We owned this cooler for years and it isn’t worth the money. I’m 5’5 and I have to hunch over to pull it. The adjustable handle is pretty much useless. It only rolls when on completely flat surface, so it makes it incredibly difficult to pull along to sporting events. The entire thing is cheap and plastic. They don’t make them the way the used to.

No, I do not recommend this product.
