Coleman got it right

Bought this 4 burner 7 years ago. Assembly was an afternoon alone. Picture is 7 years later. It has held up incredibly well. The grates will need to be replaced within the next year or so but the burners and covers are still going strong. Only thing is it tends to run hot and most of my cooking is done on the minimal setting. It even survived a tornado haha. Tossed it across the yard 3 years ago. Put it all back together and it’s still going strong today. Well done Coleman. Giving this one to my son as it’s time to downsize but it’ll be a Coleman Revolution.

Great BBQ I have it for 3 years and it works great. no flare ups and the food cooks really good. the only issue is the ignitor went.

Great BBQ / long lasting!

I have owned this bbq for 4 yrs. Extremely pleased with its oerfirmance. No fare ups at all. Holds up very well to weather stored outside with coleman cover for all winters. No rust at all. Lower Grills are starting rust and are very pricy to replace but 4 yrs for grates us pretty good. I remove and clean the grates once or twice a year. Will replace them instead of buying a new bbq as the rest of the gri including burners and burner cover are great due to the glare free technology in the grates. Any that has issues with flare ups must have it assembled wrong or need to try cleaning their grill. Very happy customer.

Very heavy bbq grill two people is recommended actually quite impressed with the performance it took me two solid hours to assemble, so far so good.

This is the worst BBQ I have ever owned. I contacted Coleman and they had do every thing except stand on my head and the striker still doesn't work. This BBQ is less than a year old and should work as well as my Weber did, which is still operating.

Q: Has anyone had a problem with the first burner not lighting? We have had it two weeks and when igniting the first one no longer lights. Wondering how that can be fixed?

A: Thank you for your question. This is most likely a result of the regulators flow limiting feature being activated. This feature will limit the flow of gas/ pressure to your BBQs manifold resulting in one or more burners not lighting, poor flame quality and, low heat. The cause is most commonly improper lighting ( having one or more knobs in the open position, before the tank is opened), or trying to light too many times, without the proper shut down and restart, and finally, a poor connection found between the regulator, propane tank, side burner, and main manifold ( you’ll need to perform a leak test). A: Yes, you can use either the Coleman Rotisserie (85-1994-6) or the Master Chef Rotisserie (85-2228-6) for this Coleman BBQ.

A: Thank you for your question. It depends on how the grill is maintained. If you follow the steps outlined in the Safety and Care manual, and routinely clean and dry the exterior surfaces and remove, clean and season the parts indicated in the interior cook system this grill can last beyond the 5-year limited warranty. The key is how you take care of it!
