Bought these thinking they'd be great in my new fridge that no longer has an egg compartment, however, the eggs are either too big or don't sit right because they've broke on numerous occasions, and froze on another!

I was worried about using this at first because it seems like you'll break all your eggs when you close it. But, it works great! It holds eggs of various sizes and I've never had any break.

A: You can fit small, medium and large eggs in this holder. Extra-large eggs will sometimes fit but they aren't cushioned well by the internal holders so it would depend on the size and shape of the egg.
