Found this vacuum in a literal garbage pile. If it weren't for my fairly extensive vacuum knowledge I would have left it there. but! nonetheless it's a great, reliable little vacuum. I strongly recommend and I would pay retail for the literally free one I have. highly recommend!!

Charlescraft backpak vacuum cleaner

The vacuum works very well but one of the backpak straps has come out which makes it very awkward to use now. Is difficult to carry it around and operate with only one strap so am not using it anymore. Very disappointing.

A: -La marque est Charlescraft. -Sa puissance n'est pas noter nulle part,pas sur l'appareil,ni dans son mode d'emploi,déplorable pour les clients potentiels ou la compagnie qui vend l'appareil,mais je vous l'assure pour l'avoir utiliser,cet appareil jouit d'une excellente capacité d'aspiration. -Il nécessite des sacs,sois en sacs en tissus réutilisables(2 de fournis,très bien penser) ou des sacs en papier en appelant la compagnie,ou ''peut-être'' chez des marchands participants,Selon moi,les aspirateurs sans sacs ont tendances à boucher trop facilement le filtre,et nécessite des vidanges et nettoyages trop fréquents. -Filtration HEPA fourni. Q: Cloth Bags This unit comes with "reusable cloth bags" Can they be washed or cleaned?

A: Please note that the box says “reusable cloth FILTER” it does not say reusable cloth bag. The bags can be washed although it is not recommended. That is why there is a spare bag included with the product. However, if you decide to wash the bag then only use warm NON-SOAPY water and dry thoroughly before re-using.

A: There is a door on the bottom of the turbo head that can be removed be squeezing the tabs in and pulling the door off. In addition you can remove the screws on the bottom of the turbo head for complete interior access and easy cleaning
