Questions
Q: Why won't my 1/4 ton hoist go down? Ratchets on the way up but will not go down. Still wont go down after putting the ratchet in the middle position.
3 years agoA: It's the clutch inside. Take a pipe or cheater bar while the houst is in lower, place or the handle, as soon as you move it 1 tooth inside it will function normally. I have overloaded mine on several occasions and this is what I do if the internal clutch "locks" it on one position
