NOT a durable product. Cheap plastic hose connector takes all the weight of the hose when it is reeled in. Broke after one season of use, no replacement parts available. Now is junk.

Q: What is the distance between the wall mount holes vertically & horizontally? As there are already 4 existing screws in my siding from previous owners, I would prefer to reuse them rather than drill 4 new holes.

A: I mounted my reel on a painted square 12” x 12” x 3/4” piece of plywood that mounted where the existing holes were so it didn’t matter.
