Pretty decent!

I used two of these patches on my truck tires and it held for just over a year until I got new tires. I installed the patches on two of my tires to patch just regular nail punctures and one started slightly lifting on the side after a year of driving, loosing a few psi a week but I’m sure if you do a better job on a decent tire they will hold.

Works great: patched two car tires and a tractor inner tube. To those having difficulty, proper prep is key. Clean with solvent, abrade with course sandpaper or some such, let the glue get tacky then apply.
