    disappointment

    Bought battery, failed after 2 days. Returned for replacement. Customer service was lousy, but received new battery which works well. Had another question at checkout. Cashier's answer was " I'm only a cashier, i don't know", no help to find answer. Customer service in Merrit store certainly needs improvement

    Again i have purchased a CTC battery and have been using CTC batteries for many years so that tells you how much i count on them, service and warranty is available from coast to coast and i have been coast to coast and a customer of CTC since 1955 when i purchased my first car.

    the employee told us that if the battery doesn't fit we can return and can get a full refund but later they refused to take it back and the reason which was given to me was that the employee is new and he didn't knew about the return policy

    Poor customer service & policies

    Bought battery at full price, nobody told me it's non-refundable. Wasn't the battery issue for my truck so I went back to return without touching it & they refused to return after an hour of argument they agreed to give store credit. Very poor service @ policies

    • A: The battery comes with a 2-year free replacement warranty so, if it fails, it will be replaced however many number of times within those 2 years. Of course, that assumes you're using the battery for starting the intended vehicle. If you're using it for some unintended purpose, like for powering a trolling motor or something, I'm sure that automatically voids the warranty.
