I am not happy. The battery ran down on me just 2 weeks after purchase and I can't return. I would like a replacement please.

Thank you for your feedback. We recommend you have your vehicle checked to ensure the charging and electrical systems are functioning properly. It is not uncommon for a new battery to "run down" in just a few days after installation if there is an underlying issue with the vehicle (e.g. bad alternator).

Has power!

We had to replace an old battery that died on a -28 C weekend. The new battery started with a zoom. So all is good.

Awful battery. Failed in less than 3 monnths.

This battery failed after about 10 weeks of use. Would not stray running. Left me stranded, resulted in a $170 tow bill. The shop tested the battery under load and it failed. Took it to Canadian Tire Spruce Grove, and they said it's perfect, no issues. Apparently their tester says it's great. I left, took it to a different repair facility and had them test it. It failed. Canadian Tire Spruce Grove again siad that the other shops were wrong, and that the battery is perfect. Went back to the original shop where my truck was towed to. They said this is the 4th battery they've dealt with in December alone that failed and Canadian Tire would not warranty. I now have an Interstate battery with better warranty and higher CCA for only $20 more than this battery cost. Never again.

No, I do not recommend this product.

The gentleman that was working at the parts desk was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained my options, the pros and cons of each, and O left with a new battery for my wife's truck. Great customer service.

Q: with in the 2 year span how many times can the battery be replaced?

2 Answers
  • A: The battery comes with a 2-year free replacement warranty so, if it fails, it will be replaced however many number of times within those 2 years. Of course, that assumes you're using the battery for starting the intended vehicle. If you're using it for some unintended purpose, like for powering a trolling motor or something, I'm sure that automatically voids the warranty.
