We purchased this MMA punching bag for our grandson to practice his karate. He has been working out everyday with the bag, he loves it. We are very happy with the bag and it is a good quality bag. It comes with boxing gloves and a jump-rope. An added bonus, we ordered it on-line and it was actually on sale for a substantial savings when we got our bill. Love those kind of surprises.

Just bought this bag. The bag itself is great, but don't expect the gloves or the rope to be all that good. I will note however that one of the Q&A says that it does not have a loop on the bottom to anchor it from swaying too much, but I can confirm that it does in fact have the anchor loop. Great buy for the price.

Q: Is this a "top and bottom" bag? Top and bottom heavy bags have an extra ring on its bottom end to attach a rope/ restraint to the floor to prevent excessive swinging. Does this bag have this option?

A: The Century 70 lb. MMA Training Bag Combo includes the 70 lb. Century Heavy Bag, Bag Gloves, and Speed Rope. This bag uses webstraps for hanging to eliminate chains for greater stability when striking. Two options for hanging the bag are the Century Heavy Bag Stand (84-0603) as well as the Century Heavy Bag Wall Mount System (84-0678).

A: If you mean laying it down on the floor (horizontal) so that you can use it for "knees, elbows etc from the ground position as you would for grappling, then yes you can.
