The durable deep threads support your workout sessions and are long-lasting. It is great for engaging upper body muscles including chest, back, biceps, triceps, traps, and core. Thanks to the two safety spin locks, you don't run the risk of the bar falling and causing injury. The 5 feet (1.5 m) bar is 13.5 lb (6 kg) with a maximum capacity of 200 lbs (90.7 kg).

Q: What is the length of the bar's shaft, not including the collars? I'm trying to see if it fits on my bench rack.
3 years agoA: Total between the collars is 36.5". Grip portion is 10.5" left side, middle is 15.5", and grip portion is 10.5" on the right side.
