Do not buy...

Bought this at the end of October 2020, it’s now February 2021 and it not longer works. Trying to get a copy of my electronic receipt, after a computer crash. Looking like I will just be out the money.

Mounted on the wall, could not have been easier to install.
Heat is stronger than I expected (positive)
Fan is a bit noisy when running
Only thing I would change is the ability to adjust the temperature.
Overall, very happy with this purchase!

A: It comes with a Remote with 3 options High, Medium or Low heat. This is a beautiful fireplace. It heats up my living room and dining room with no problems. A lot of heat comes from this fireplace. If you are wondering if this product is worth buying I can honestly tell you, I give it a 5 Star.

Q: Could you put a TV on top of this unit?

A: I’m not a structural engineer but I would think of you wall mount the fireplace and the screws are into the studs ( not just the drywall) then you could put a tv on it. Not an 80” tv but something reasonable.

Q: If I want to wall mount this Peyton electric fireplace, where should I put the electrical outlet? Do I need a recessed outlet box for the fireplace to be flat on the wall? Thank you

A: If you electric outlet to be covered then it can be inside but half inch gap will be there from each side , if you want electric outlet not hidden then it can flat but wire will be seen I did hide inside and half inches gap is there but look good

Q: Is there a video to show how this goes on the wall? Have followed instructions and had my contractors install the brackets and it is impossible. Checked measurements, level and it never hooks n the bracket every time we try.Please help.
