Lights not staying on...

I’ve only had this umbrella for little over a month. It does tend to take off in a windstorm, but have discovered the lights only stay on for about 3 hours, starting to fade after 90 minutes - then they will turn on bright then turn off immediately. Is this a solar cell problem, Canadian Tire? can you help?

Does Not Lock In Position

First of all I want to say I am a loyal Canadian Tire Customer. Umbrella was on clearance. I thought I was getting a great deal. I get home and realize I needed 220 lbs of sand for base. Not a big deal. Once it was completely assembled, I realized this umbrella does not lock in position, even when fully opened. There is no locking mechanism on the hand crank. So, when the umbrella is open, it closes on its own. Very disappointed as there was a bit of effort to fully assemble this. Now I am stuck with this umbrella that is being held down with 220lbs of sand that doesn't work properly.

Can't get canvas replacement

Bought this last year and a windstorm knocked it over. The canvas rippes so I called the 1 800 number to get a replacement. They tell me its discontinued and I can't get one. Money wasted in my opinion. Why sell a product you don't support.

Just Quit!

Bought this umbrella three years ago. It worked really well. Built a gazebo and decided to sell the umbrella. A potential buyer said this umbrella had poor reviews. Replied that, no, it worked well for me. Buyer came to look at it. Tried to crank up the umbrella and it had broken. So glad then buyer didn't have this experience after he bought it. Cannot believe that such a fundamental operation would fail. Now, it cannot be repaired. It is garbage! Only rated it 1 star because I couln't post it with NO STARS.
