Base is breaking away in chunks...not made for Newfoundland weather ! Top is cracking from where it is joined.
The actual fire portion is beautiful but the table itself is not made to last

peeling paint and table top issues

We purchased this fire table last Feb 2019 on sale, beautiful table worked great all last summer, called Canadian Tire to ask about storing outside and we double tarped it as instructed... we had a mild winter and thought it would be fine, today, April 25th, 2020 we unpacked it for spring/ summer and found chunks of the table top on the ground, and a lot of the paint has peeled off and flaked off. So disappointed as we wouldn' expect an outdoor concrete table to fall apart so easily after just one season. Can you please do something to help us get this replaced or repaired? We love this table but are extremely upset about it's condition.

Table top is disintegrating and fading

We have owned this table for 2 years. It has seen 2 winter seasons and 2 summer seasons. The table top is disintegrating. Pieces are falling off and the colour of the entire unit has faded. It has lost it's attractiveness. The lava rocks stick out above the level of the table top so the fire cover doesn't sit evenly with the rest of the table.Very disappointed in the quality.

We do include instructions of care for the unit in the Envirostone Care Guide and the maintenance section of the manual for our customer's review. Won’t work

Bought this table about a week ago. Workers loaded it in the back of my truck with a forklift. Got it home and opened and the edge of the table was damaged. Couldn’t lift it back in the truck so left it. But I can’t get it to light. Full tank and tried a lighter along with a match and the switch. Will not light!!!! Can’t seem to get any help either. Complete waste of money

A: This table is very heavy so not an easy task to store inside...it also is large so u will need the space to store it so I wouldn't recommend it if u dont have storage mine last 1 winter covered with a box my husband made for it ..

Q: we purchased This Fire pot 1 year ago.Worked great however this year we are having a problem keeping the Flame on.We Ignite the flame and try to release the dial as per instruction and the flame goes out.Will come back on if you press the dial.How to fix?
