The image is of a standard shipping/store display pack. What you receive is 1 item out of the pack. The issue is the website does not allow you to select the colour/style that you want. So you think you might receive a certain product however it is really up to the discretion of the "picker" and availability. It would be much better if the site allowed for selection of the specific item you wanted to ensure disappointment. Assuming this is too difficult since the products may have the same SKU, there should be a very visible and easy to understand disclaimer that the customer will receive whatever is available (i.e. no choice). Just a suggestion.
