Love our new outdoor seating!

I purchased this along with the matching loveseat recently online as part of an instore clearance. I am beyond happy with the couch although the condition of the box it came in left me worried my item was damaged. Being light colored it does show dirt and scuffs a bit easier but as it is outdoor furniture, it can't be expected to remain pristine. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

Well constructed. Looks good. Seating is not deep enough. Cushions stain easily. Overpriced overall. Regret purchasing.

Q: Do you also manufacture the RENFREW sectional? If so, does it use the same type of wicker?

A: Hi Mwes, We do not manufacture the Renfrew sectional. Our wicker is made from raw polyethylene mixed with eco-friendly colour additives, making it 100% recyclable. We use no harmful chemical additives when making our wicker.

A: Unfortunately we don't have access to which stores have the couch in stock. You could call the stores directly to ask if they have it on display. There is stock available in the warehouse so the stores can order one in for you.

A: Hi Jrodge, Yes, the cushion covers on the Chelsea Couch are removable. Please note that the couch also comes with throw pillows, these cushions are not removable. Hope this helps!

Q: Is the frame made of aluminium or steel? What is the leg material? Also, what are the different product codes for the stand-alone couch and the right/left arms?

A: Hi Louie, The frame is made of aluminum and the legs are made of FSC certified eucalyptus hardwood. The product code for the couch is 088-1866. The product code for the right arm sectional is 088-1867. There is not a left arm sectional.
