Do Not Buy!

I just bought two of these and I am totally dissatisfied. The piece where the hooks screw into has so many flaws it is actually unbelievable that this passed their quality control....if they even have that. There are cracks in the 'wood' and separation in the slats. Not worth the money I paid and will be returning. Then, try to take the sticker off is a nightmare. Would like to attach pictures but it won't allow me to do so. What a disappointment!!!

Q: Did everyone secure mirror to wall? What do you use to do that?

A: We didn't secure the mirror to the wall, and 2 years later have had no problems at all. We have lots of clothes hanging from this too.

Q: Can the panel with the hooks be placed on either side of the mirror?

A: No. There are only fasteners on the left side for assembly. The mirror is flush with the end of the right side and there is a gap on the left side to accommodate the panel.

Q: I ran into trouble on step 8. The storage back (#7) seems to be to be about 1/4 inch to tall for it to fit properly when sliding the base onto the rest of the assembly. It goes into the slot that it's supposed to but the angle head cam screws don't reach.

A: Please make sure the storage back is inserted into the groove of storage left end and storage right end, also make sure it's inserted to the storage bottom.

Q: Is there a way to switch which side the panel with the hooks is on? In the photos it shows that it is on the left side of the unit, but is there a way to affix it to the right side instead ?
