Q: I am having trouble finding the minimum and maximum fill line for water. Can you tell me where it is on the product please?
3 years agoA: Hi, Please note there is a tube in the middle of the fountain and the minimum and maximum lines are on the outside of it. They are dent and you can feel by hands. If you can not see it clearly, you can measure the depth. The minimum must higher than the pump, about 7 cm high from the bottom. The maximum can not higher than the top of tube inside or the water will come out from tube, about 19 cm high from the bottom. Thanks for your queation and hope you have a nice day : )

Q: What is the CANVAS Aubrey Infinity Fountain finished with? I anticipate hummingbirds using it so if it has been finished with a toxic paint, I would not want it. Also what is the height of the water discharge when the pump is on the "maximum" setting?
3 years agoA: Hi, thanks for your question. Please note there will be an introduction for this fountain in each box. Please note the fountain is made of resin and the painting is not toxic. It has passed the testing to prove there is not toxic material or heavy metal. We have referent certification. It is designed that the water on top will not be very high. If the pump is opened to max, the water' height on top will be about 3 CM. Hope you have a nice day.
