A: Hydro Grass is not intended to be consumed by any living animal or human. However, it is safe to walk or run on a surface that was treated with Hydro Grass. If one wants to see maximum results of the product it is better that there is no circulation of humans or animals on the treated area, until the full effect of the product is completed.

Q: What is the percentage distribution of seed (i.e. how much bluegrass or tall fescue is in it) My lawn is west facing, is it good? How good is this for drought tolerant (Toronto Summer like this year)?

A: This product is an all-purpose sun and shade mix and contains: 33% Creeping Red FESCUE, 14.1% Perennial Ryegrass, 14.1% Annual Ryegrass, 9.5% Kentucky Bluegrass, 19.0% Vermiculite, 10.3% Fertilizer. Hydro Grass needs to be gently watered 2-3 times a day for the first 14 days and then once a day after new lawn growth reaches 2 inches. Then, as any other grass seed, it needs to be watered according to the temperature to keep it green.
