Great for pie crust, pizza dough and buns

This is a sturdy, heavy-duty board whose imprinted measurements make it easy to roll out the correct size of pastry for pie, or dough for pizza. It is large enough and heavy enough to knead bread on, and the lip beneath the front edge keeps it snugged to the counter. It is hard to see in the photo, but there are ruler measurements along the front edge that make it easy to cut dough to even sizes for buns. But be careful not to rest anything hot from the oven on it, or it will warp.
