    Size matters

    If you absolutely have to have a pair that can fit in your pocket, then these are fine. The image is clear enough and controls are smooth. But light gathering in a 10x25mm is poor. Things are dimmer than your eye naturally sees because the exit pupil is only 2.5mm while most people’s pupils are 4-5mm in daylight. If you can, step up to a 28 mm ( or bigger ) or stop down to a 7x or 8x magnification.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    Great for a trip to Alaska!

    Great value. We bought them for an Alaska cruise and didn’t use them very often but they are small and light so easy to carry in a small bag wherever we went. They will be handy on future vacations for many years to come. Solid construction and good magnification.
