BEL6 light is too bright anyway to dim it down without another switch?

Thank you for the 4-star review regarding model BEL6! This model offers a 3500K color temperature. This light requires a separate purchase of a compatible dimmer control to adjust brightness. Dimmer controls can be purchased from your local home improvement stores. We recommend a reverse-phase dimmer switch.

Impressively quiet

This is very quiet, but I can't use the light because the grill trim screws were not included. The instructions do not give the screw or thread size.

Thank you for the 4-star review regarding model BEL6! We have found that some people are mistakenly using the screws that are in the parts bag to install the units housing. However, if you would like to continue with the install, the screw sizes are [2] #8-18 x 3/8" Screws for the duct connector and the wiring panel & [2] #8-18 x 1-1/2" Screws for the Grille Clips.

Cover breaks

Fan is quiet. Light is bright. The problem is the plastic tabs holding the light on are weak and break over only a few weeks. The cover has fallen down twice because of broken tab assemblies.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great well made fan!

The fan is very well made, with strong metal parts, not all plastic like some others. Its installation was straightforward, with elements like the plastic extension of the air flow exit, making it easier to place into an existing ceiling. The airflow is strong and its operation is smooth and quiet. I like the light, just know that you will need to use a fairly small bulb.
Also, I needed a little help during the installation and contacted Broan support. They were great. This fan unit is highly recommended!

Easy and efficient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and it came at the perfect time! We just did did our bathroom so the new lighting makes a world of a difference. It’s not loud and there isn’t a ton of energy being used! The flow is great and I would buy another for our other bathrooms!
