    Poor help with product from Brits

    I changed filter as directed and went to reset light as directed and nothing happened , waited and tried several times , nothing and I can’t find any trouble shooting or ways to contact Brita to address this issue

    The quality of the material is very cheap. The handle was not fitting properly as the small plastic cannector was broken before using the pitcher.

    Difficult to pour

    I had a water filter that was taller and slimmer, but dropping it in the sink was the end of it. It was well balanced. This one would be easier for a senior if it was tall and slim, and perfectly balanced.

    Seems Smaller Than I Remembered

    It’s been many years since I owned a Brita water filter. I moved into an apartment building and the water was initially rusty so I didn’t want to drink tap water (usually I have no problem with it). So I bought a Brita filter. My only issue is I seem to be filling it up all the time.
