Vibrant but don't hold air/helium

These do not hold helium. Within minutes about 1/3 of them completely deflated. Within hours they were all on the floor.

Product was as pictured and added a festive touch to my daughter's 1st birthday party. Quite a few popped during inflation however, so that was unfortunate.
