Time and timer Malfunction

It works well when it wants to. For about 8 months now the front buttons won’t work and it will go to 2:00 and blink with the front buttons still will not work. Unplug it and wait plug it back in and works again. You have e no idea when it will do this. What sucks is I use the timer for mornings going to work and this happens and coffee is not ready and you have to unplug & let it reset… pain in the butt

Good Tasting Coffee Terrible Clock Functionality!

Had this coffee maker for 3 year almost to the day before it burnt out and gave me an E01 code. I always find it disappointing when a product breaks within couple of weeks of the warranty coverage. It's almost as if this product was designed to expire right after the warranty. I missed the coverage by 12 days and they would not cover anything. It produces a fantastic cup of coffee. The huge downside to this model is that setting the time is a complete pain in the neck. Half of the time the coffee maker would not recognize me trying to hold down the clock button. Secondly, I was constantly having to reset the time because there is a fault in the manufacturing of the clock and within a few days, it starts falling minutes behind and the longer you let it go without resetting the time, the further behind the clock fell from the correct time. We eventually gave up on ever setting the time.

No, I do not recommend this product.
