Q: is it direct to metal or does metal suface have to be primed first

Q: What temperature can product withstand?
2 years agoA: I used it last summer and fall on hot days which allowed it to gel better than when I used it on cool and cold days, which made it more difficult to blend. I primed the vehicles but didn't get around to painting it and it all remains good.

16 years agoA: No, you want to look for a product called fusor 114, it is specifically for plastic repair and it's what we use at the shop i work at.

Q: for rotten wood? Can I use this product to repair rotted wood?
12 years agoA: Yes, the Bondo-Glass can be used to fill a section of rotted wood. It will bond very well. However, all the rotted wood must be removed by sanding or grinding to allow proper adhesion to the non-rotted wood. Also, please be advised that the fibreglass-reinforced filler such as this one will be stronger, it will not mix or sand as easily as the Bondo Lightweight or Gold fillers without the glass fibres.
