Like the look, but fits WAY too small

I bought the size that should fit me according to my measurements and the provided sizing chart, but I am unable to zip it up. Definitely buy this one larger than what the sizing chart suggests for you. Also, I find that this rides up quite a bit - possibly related to the above, since it just does not fit me right.

Q: What are the weight limits (min and max) for this jacket for an adult female?

A: I'm not sure the range, but this jacket was way too small for me I gave it to my friend who is 5'2" and about 127 pds with a slim upper body. For me, 5'4" and 155pds I got the Fluid Aquatics with the single clip in small/medium. The most adjustable one is the Fluid Aquatics medium with 3 adjustable straps.
