Q: So I bought this light and it works great plugged into my laptop for the charging and light on same time. However when I used an iPhone block to plug it into the wall I can’t use the light and charger same time. What kind of charger block do I use???

A: The iPhone charger is likely not supplying enough amperage to the light. I suspect you are using the small iPhone charger (~3cm x 3cm x 4cm) kind. That only supplies 1A. I'd say you need one that supply at least 2.4A

Q: Comment faire pour faire fonctionner la lampe et recharger le téléphone simultanément ? J’ai suivi les indications du manuel qui dit que pour 2 fonctions en même temps, ça prend au minimum un adapteur USB 5v 3a, mais ça ne fonctionne pas.

Q: J’aimerais avoir le manuel d’instruction. Je ne l’ai plus. Les lampes ne fonctionnent pas vraiment bien. Elles ne se chargent pas à leur capacité. On ne peut charger un appareil en même temps qu’avoir la lumière ouverte.
