Q: i have a samsung a 12 and when i put it in the box to sterilizer box the red light keep blinking is it work or not my buddy has a iphone and when he uses it the red light stays on it does not blink is ther a problem with my phone

A: The blinking red light indicates that the wireless charging function detected a foreign object and the charging is disabled. This is due to the Samsung A12 not being a wireless charging enabled phone. The sterilization function of the product will still function but the phone will not be able to charge using the wireless charging feature.

Q: Can I sanitize my glasses and wireless earphones using this box or will that cause some sort of a problem?

A: As long as the lid is able to fully close, you can sanitize these items. The wireless charger function works with Qi enabled devices.

Q: When I put a phone in the sanitizer that does not have wireless charging, the power LED flashes red. Is that ok or is it damaging the charging coils in the device?

A: When a non-wireless charging device is placed in the wireless charging area the unit will recognize it and disable the wireless charging feature to prevent overheating.

Q: What cable is needed to power the unit as it does not sound like it comes with one. What should the current output be of the AC wall adaptor to power the unit?

A: Hi Monty, A USB cable is included. It should be powered by a USB adapter rated at 5V/3A such as Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 adapters.

Q: Sorry I meant does the adaptor for an iPhone 10 work with this unit. Apparently this comes without a plug in adaptor.

A: Hi Gord, The device has USB-A and USB-C charger pass throughs, so you can use a lightning to USB-A or lightning USB-C cable to charge your iPhone 10. You can also charge your phone using the wireless charging feature inside the device.

A: Hi there, The wireless charger portion is only compatible with Qi enabled phones which would be iPhone 8 and up. However, you can use the USB-C charger pass through with a USB-C to lightning cable to charge your iPhone 6.
