A: 1st time use, you need remove the blue sticker which on the earbuds. Then pairing the earbuds to your cellphone.

A: Pls kindly follow the 3 steps then you can use the earbuds: Remove the blue protector films from earbuds; Put the earbuds into the power case to fully charge them; Take earbuds out of the power case to pair your mobile phone.
