It connects very easily but I found the call quality and playback quality very poor to the point I had to turn my volume to max on both my phone and my radio to actually hear a call though.

Its better than nothing

I bought this as my 'New" vehicle has a CD player only no aux port. There is a jammed CD so I hoped this would help.... it does. But there is static doesn't matter what station I have it set to , so till I can get a better stereo this is what I have. The upside is that it is wireless unlike the tape converters, down side you have to connect the Bluetooth each time you use it

Good product with strange quirk

This FM transmitter is miles better with interference then others I've tried, I personally think it has to do with the distance from the power socket as on others it's introduced static. There's an interesting quirk that appeared a few months after using it however, it now speaks Japanese it seems, and I cannot figure out how to return it to the standard English responses

A: This FM transmitter can not adjust the volume, you can trun the volume up through your phone and your car volume button.

A: Yes. The way this device works is simple. you connect the power into a cigarette lighter. Once it has power you connect your phone to it through Bluetooth. You set the station on the transmitter to whatever you want, go to the stereo on your vehicle and set it to the same station and start playing music on your phone. Easy!
