Perfect Dog Barrier

We have a dog who's delightful in every way, except for one thing: she likes to use our timber veranda as her bathroom. Grrr. So we put up this gate at the top of the stairs leading up to the veranda, and it works perfectly to keep her on the lawn. Problem solved. Thanks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best bit is it's not ugly. So much baby stuff makes your nice house look bad but these are fairly subtle. I like them.

Great baby gate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our black Chelsea gate with extension for our large open lounge room door space. The black colour (there is an option of black or white) also goes with our home decor which is a plus!
Great quality and finish on the gate and extension. Very handy how you can just make it as wide or narrow as you need with the optional extensions to suit different door spaces. The auto close is good as I don't need to remember if I've closed the gate.
I also have a single gate (no extensions) on our laundry door which is very helpful to keep my daughter out of the room completely with the potential harmful chemicals there and also our kitten sleeps in there.

Adaptive and easy to use

We've been happy with this gate so far - we purchased two extenders to accommodate the space we are using it for. Unfortunately due to the nature of the installation (not being screwed to the wall) and the length of the gate with the extenders, the gate has become a bit wobbly. It's sturdy enough that our child can put weight on it and it's secure and safe, but an adult would definitely topple it over if enough force was put on it. Overall, a great gate, but we'll definitely use it without the extenders in shorter lengths of space next time.
