This is a brand I usually trust, but the container on mine broke after less than a year. I also found locking it before turning it on quite difficult.

I had an Iona one for 30 years and I wish I hadn't thrown it out before putting this one through its paces! It's very loud, leaves big chunks of veggies not shredded and seems to jam. Maybe I ended up with a lemon but it would take a lot to convince me that this was a good buy. If I could find my receipt I would take it back!

I just received this food processor as a gift from my Mom. I just love it, with it's interchangeable blades. It's compact enough to store it away in cupboard. That is good for me since I have limited space.

Q: Does it puree or not? You said that if the customer wants puree theyd have to get a blender, but directly under that you said it does everything including puree. So which is it? Yes or no?

A: The 43-2218 can puree foods such as tomatoes. All you need to do is keep the food pro going with the slicer serrated disc inside until it reaches the consistency you are looking to get to. The faster way to puree is to use a blender.

A: This is a food processor; it does not puree. If the customer would like to puree they will need a blender.

A: Food processors do not have the correct blades so no, this should not be used to grind meat. You should use a meat grinder that has the right blades to slice thru meat.
