Q: Can it reach in tight areas around car seats? Does it come with a long thin handle to reach tight areas?

A: no you need air compressor and tornado for that any wet vaccum cant reach it

A: No. It throws water with cleaning chemicals and vacuums it right back. The water can be hot but nothing in the machine will turn it into steam
