Poor design and bad product description on box

The spinning carpet bristles on the bottom cannot be shut off. Not only is it a poor design but also dangerous. Risking damage and a fall risk if used while standing on higher surfaces. Customer service isn’t helpful, it’s just a crafty trick to cause you to buy a much more expensive system. Unhappy with product and customer support. Save your time and money, buy another brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: J'ai les cheveux longs. Et effectivement, les cheveux s'entourent autour de la brosse du tuyau mais pas de problème si on les enlève régulièrement. Par contre, cet aspirateur est très peu puissant! Je vous le déconseille donc.

A: Funny you say that. I returned it after one use. The beater bar didn’t move up and down and it didn’t vacuum well.

A: No it does not. I just purchased this machine for that reason thinking it has a 30 foot cord length but has only 19.7 ft cord length which is a downer. Now I have to buy an extension cord. I should have scrolled down futher with this listing and looked at all of the details before purchasing.
