    Poor design

I bought this in December 2023 for it compact design. I was excited to put it to use and soon, realized it was poorly designed . *(1) Fist thing you'll notice apon using is the socket extension provided, is way to short for stock truck tire and rims. Its impossible to operate without squishing your fingers between the tool handle and tires, regardless of handle positioned to center or off centered for greater leverage. *(2) Secondly, the socket itself is too short to fully grip the lug nut. This is due to the duel-tipped socket designed which attaches to the extention at the centre of the cylinder. Once the extention fully enters the socket cylinder, the extention tip pushes the lug nut outward, blocking the socket from fully gripping the lug nut and ultimately risking vehicle damage and nut strip. Major oversight, when ypu considered that this is part of its primary function. If I didn't throw away my receipt apon making what I thought was wise purchase, at the time. Id take my $$ money back. The concept was cool but the design was poor. 💩 poor.

Q: Is it good for Dodge Grand Caravan model 2016? Thx

    1 Answer
    • A: Regrettably, we cannot confirm the lug nut/bolt size on the wheels of your Dodge Grand Caravan, but would suggest this Billy Club wrench will work for your needs as it includes the most common lug nut/bolt sizes.

Q: How big is the driver?  1/2 inch?  3/8?  I need to know if the socket will also fit a torque wrench.  Then I wouldn’t need to buy separate sockets for the torque wrench.

    1 Answer
    • A: It's a Half inch. I just used it with a set of half inch impact wrench sockets. Be aware that you will be using the included extender since the socket connector is actually in the middle of the socket - not at the end. For example on one socket - one end is 13/16in-21mm the other is 7/8in-22mm. The 2 inch extender connects inside in the middle.

Q: They claim they fit metric? All cars have metric nuts and all parts are metric! Imperial system is a dead system around the world and it is not legal in Canada !!!

    1 Answer
    • A: While Canada has adopted the metric system, many of our customers still prefer to use the imperial system, thus we provide both for better clarification.
