Good quality for the price!

First of all, I work with wood a lot, I found the quality of wood was great and the for quantity less than a thousand dollars it's a pretty good deal. I looked at the reviews about the wood cracking and the swing moving with bigger kids. I predrilled before installing the bigger srews and I had no issues. The predrill holes for the bolts are a little bigger to allow you to adjust and square everything perfectly. On the set I had every pieces of wood were perfectly strait. I spent 20$ to buy 4 pieces of treated 2x4 to build a sturdy base below the grass surface with some 1 foot long 2x2 as pegs to make sure nothing would move. With all these precautions nothing crack or move at all. I had my daughter's birthday with kids of all age playing in it without any issues. The only downside is the swings might be a little bit to close to each other. But overall it is well design and I recommend it as long you know what you are doing or get it done by someone handy or professional.

Not worth your time and money

After reading the reviews on this we decided to get it for our children. When we opened the boxes, we noticed a cracked piece of wood in which we had to return back to store. Every time you screw something, the friggin wood cracks. I don’t know how this cheap wood will support and hold a few children playing. When we got home from returning the cracked wood, realized after 8+ HOURS of assembly a large amount of hardware is missing. At this point we’re so upset and disappointed. I try calling the company and can’t reach anyone but only get a voicemail. We are returning this and have wasted a whole weekend trying to make this work. Garbage, cheap quality.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Great Play set for Young Kids

Set up: Took just under 8 hours with 2 people to do the physical part and 1 personal reading directions. Definitely take all pieces out of the box and lay out in order to make the build go quicker. Some of the numbers were hard to read but you can figure it out. Cons: Swings are too close together even for my 3 year old daughter. Wouldn't suggest 2 people swinging and definitely not 3 people. I have a 8 year old son and I would not let anyone bigger than him on it as it moves around with just him. So age 2-8 would be the age group that I recommend. Pros: Good quality cedar with no broken or missing pieces. Good quality slide and swings. My daughter is 3 but size of average 5 year old and fits great on it and in the bottom playhouse even with a play kitchen inside. For the price I would definitely recommend as other companies were a lot more money and not much better as we have played on them at other houses. Fits great in our average size yard.

Q: What specific slide model fits this set? I've received the wrong slide twice now. One was too big, and the 2nd one only has 2 screw holes instead of 3 to bolt it onto the structure - and it's a few inches too narrow for this set. ??? Thanks
