They allow friction between the drum & the parking brake shoe to hold the vehicle in place when the parking brake is applied. I would give them 5 vies but I don't give out 5 stars that easy. I will raise the review in 3 yrs once they've had a few kilometers (miles) under their belt.

A: Nope.. I did use the vehicle lookup and it listed both brake shoes as compatible for a 2002 Grand Caravan sport with 3.3L V6. I did some research and turns out that for those years there was an option for heavy duty brakes and my van doesn't have that option... but which part number is which??? confusing!!!

A: Hi, thank you for your question. Yes, the Pro Series OE Brake Shoes fit a 2007 Hyundai Tucson. Depending on if your vehicle is FWD or 4WD the correct part number/SKU number will vary. For the FWD model, the correct part number is BFS845 (SKU # 1130569). The 4WD model's correct part number is BFS773 (SKU # 0162872).

Q: What is the difference between part nbr 113-0530-0 and 016-2887-2 Your web site says either one will fit my 2008 Ford Escape 17" factory rims.

A: Hi, thanks for your question. SKU #016-2887 / Part #BFS936 are the main brake shoes if your Escape has rear drum brakes. SKU #113-0530 / Part #BFS877 is the PARKING brake shoe if your Escape is equipped with rear disc brakes.
