[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a work to set up! I was not expecting it to be so much work. It's a cool idea but it's hard if you have a smaller dog. I have a small Maltese so it didn't go very well. Some people say it's a quiet machine but it really isn't very quiet. It's a no for me. This is more for a medium to large dog that is VERY calm.

It's quieter, it has different nozzles for length of fur and comes with customizable grooming clips to make it more effective for all types of fur. Noise Not an Issue but Shampoo Canister Possibly Defective?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an old generation of the BarkBath so I was concerned that the noise level would bother my 2 dogs but both were fine with it. However, the product appears to be defective as the shampoo wasn't being drawn down. I filled the rectangular canister that holds the shampoo and made sure that the canister was on the 'shampoo' setting and not the 'rinse' setting but when I was done, there was still a significant amount of shampoo remaining in the canister.....and one of my dog weighs in at over 100 lb so it should have been empty! I called customer service and they're sending me a replacement unit which hopefully resolves this issue. For now, I gave it a 3 rating pending how the replacement unit performs.

Very Pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used the Barkbath once but I loved it! I have a Rottweiler and a Hovawart, Hovie's are long haired. Gave them both a bath in about an hour, which included set up and figuring out the best way to handle this with my two, by myself. It was no problem and both coats felt wonderfully clean! That was about a month ago and they both still feel and smell clean!
