[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very sceptical of these devices, but we have adopted a lil guy who literally barks if a leaf blows by a mile away. I tested it on myself, and that took some doing, but the shock was relatively mild. Our new little girl seemed frightened at first but quickly acclimated and began to recognize that the shock only came after prolonged barking. Very satisfied with the results. I may be more traumatized than she is.

A: - Includes a long life 6-volt alkaline battery (I'm assuming you could change it out for a rechargeable one, but at least it's not like you have to get a new collar when it wears out.)
