Q: what are the specifications of this product, in particular what is the max width of the balcony railing that it fits on?

A: I’d say 2.5 inches. I have it on the window sill of a playhouse that’s 2.25 inches. I got the smallest ones 11.5 x 4.5 x 4.5 inches.

Q: My balcony railing grip is 6" wide and wraps all around my balcony. Since CDN Tire does not provide specs for this item, do you know if this planter box holder will fit onto my rail. Keep in mind the handle or hand rail is 6" wide. Thanks

A: no. The part that goes over the rail is very narrow. Maybe 3 inches.

A: This planter does have drainage holes and also comes with an attached saucer which allows the water to drain out of the planter. The saucer has an easy water fill system which allows you to water from below.
