Q: How hot does this get on a gas grill? Obviously it depends on how many BTUs your grill is, but can it get up to 700-800F?
7 years agoA: It does depend on the BTU of the grill the Pizza Oven is placed upon. As well, it depends on outside environment. For example, if it is windy, the heat tends to be drawn outside of the Pizza Oven. If it is -20c outside, the Pizza Oven may not get to 700-800F. Best conditions, we have had the Pizza Oven up to 900F+. With all that said, anything above 600F should bake a pizza better than what a conventional oven will do.

Q: Does this have to be stored inside, wondering about being left on the Barbq in rain or winter
7 years agoA: There should be no issues storing this on top of the BBQ as long as the lid is closed.
