NOT waterproof - false advertising

I bought this cover to protect my mobility scooter's fabric seat. It is advertised as waterproof, which it is absolutely not. Very disappointed. Can not recommend. Don't buy it.

Not a seat cover

I assumed a seat protector would be the same as a seat cover, not the case . I decided to try them anyway, cheap plastic, only 1 strap to attach to a seat, not for me.
