Beginner-friendly ceramic coating kit gives nice results for 1 year/ 10,000 kms. Car driven twice per weak, washed every week or every other week, including winters. Minus 1 star for longevity. Recently applied Autoglym Ultra High Definition Wax (https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/autoglym-uhd-ulrta-high-deifinition-car-wax-120-g-0396177p.html) to a car with metallic yellow paint that has a slight hint of mustard when the sky is overcast or cloudy. Never liked that hint of mustard. The wax makes the car look more yellow and has removed that hint of mustard in almost all weather conditions. This was my first time waxing, and the kit made it very easy. If you don't need to deal with colour issues, maybe this ceramic coating kit will work for you. Comes with good quality microfibre towels.

A: yes, your car has to be completely decontaminated (claybared) and polished before using this ceramic coating.
