Quality is good, packing is bad

I get these packets in the lawnmower tune-up kits I buy every spring. The quality of thes stabilizer is good, but the problem is that if you don't use it all, you pretty much have to throw the rest out or figure out a way to store it in a way where you can identify the quantity. There is no lid to cap.
